Terms of Service
General
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cupid Coffee website and the purchase of products from Cupid Coffee. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices, products and promotions are subject to change without notice.
While every effort is made to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Cupid Coffee reserves the right to correct any pricing or product errors and, where necessary, cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.
Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Cupid Coffee may offer promotions, sales and discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.
- Promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Promotions are not redeemable for cash or store credit.
50% Off Coffee Promotion
Our current 50% Off Coffee promotion applies to eligible coffee products only.
This promotion:
- Excludes all coffee subscriptions.
- Excludes merchandise, brewing equipment, gift cards and any other excluded products unless otherwise stated.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders with a final order value of $75 or more after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
If the order total falls below $75 after discounts have been applied, standard shipping charges will apply.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfilment process as quickly as possible.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact hello@cupidcoffee.com.au immediately.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, roasting, packing or dispatch.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund or, with your agreement, provide a suitable alternative.
Refusal or Cancellation of Orders
Cupid Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe there has been:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Misuse of promotions or discount codes.
- A pricing or website error.
- Any other circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
Where payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cupid Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and branding, is the property of Cupid Coffee or its licensors and must not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Changes to These Terms
Cupid Coffee may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

Competition Terms & Conditions – Win Free Coffee for a Year
Promoter
This competition is conducted by Cupid Coffee Pty Ltd ("Cupid Coffee", "we", "our", or "us").
Competition Period
The competition opens on Monday 27th July and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 10th August.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Cupid Coffee and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter:
- Sign up via the official competition entry form linked in our Instagram bio.
- Comment your best coffee pick-up line on the official competition Instagram post.
To support the campaign, participants are also encouraged to:
- Follow @cupidcoffee
- Tag two (2) friends in the comments
Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment contains a unique and original coffee pick-up line.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) x 1kg bag of Cupid Coffee delivered each month for twelve (12) consecutive months.
The total prize value is approximately AUD $840.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection
This competition is a game of skill.
The winner will be selected based on the creativity, originality and humour of their coffee pick-up line.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during sign-up and/or Instagram direct message within seven (7) days of the competition closing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days, Cupid Coffee reserves the right to select another winner.
Privacy
By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Cupid Coffee.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of Entries
By entering this competition, participants grant Cupid Coffee permission to repost, publish or otherwise use their submitted entry, Instagram username and any related content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
General
Cupid Coffee reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
